Qualitas Industries is a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer with a team-first culture. We’re hiring a CNC Set-Up Machinist who takes pride in clean setups, first-part quality, and keeping production moving.

What You’ll Do

Set up 3- and 4-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes (Haas; Fanuc controls)

Select tools, set work and tool offsets, verify first article

Build/adjust basic fixturing

Read/interpret blueprints and apply GD&T to inspections

Follow shop safety and 5S standards; keep work area organized

What You Bring

5+ years CNC machining with strong set-up experience (mills and lathes)

Experience with Haas machines and Fanuc controllers

Solid blueprint reading and measuring skills (mics, calipers, height gauges) and GD&T

Ownership mindset: reliable, organized, communicates well
